Do I need to create an account to order?

If you've never booked tickets from our website, you will need to create an online account in order to book your tickets online. Unfortunately, our system does not currently allow for a ‘guest’ check out option.

Please make a note of and securely store your password for future reference.
Why do I need to create an account to order?
You need to create an online account in order to buy tickets and services from our website. Once you have created your online account, your information will be saved in our system so that you can check out faster the next time you use our website.

Unfortunately, our current system does not allow for a ‘guest’ check out option.

After creating your online account you'll be able to:
- Check your booking history and transactions
- View your gift card balance
- Update your communication preferences
- Update/add postal addresses
- Update your password

If you do not wish to make an online account, you can still book tickets by visiting Box Office during opening hours or by calling Box Office on 0151 709 3789.
