Music Mondays are free informal interactive music sessions led by Ian Stephens, a musician from Liverpool Philharmonic.
Music Mondays are part of Liverpool Philharmonic’s Social Prescribing programme, and are open to adults in the Liverpool City Region.
The sessions aim to combat low mood and isolation through learning about music and connecting with others in a relaxed, fun and safe environment.
No prior musical knowledge is needed to get involved. Enjoy a cup of tea or coffee after the workshop in our welcoming venue as part of the session.
Come along and try it out! You are welcome to attend as many of the sessions as you would like. All sessions take place in Music Room, Liverpool Philharmonic Hall.
Feel free to get in touch if you are an organisation, GP or Social Prescribing Link Worker or an individual who would like to refer yourself for a place on the programme.
Sessions are free, but booking is required to attend.
