Customer Services

Customer Services is managed from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays, and we endeavour to respond to emails within three working days.

For urgent queries regarding your tickets or an event you're attending, please call 0151 709 3789 or visit the Box Office in person - our opening hours are available online here. The Box Office phoneline will be open 2 hours prior to each concert taking place in the main Hall.
