Where can I park?

For a list of local car parks, please visit our Car Parking page. Caledonia St Car park is open but spaces cannot be reserved in advance.

We offer pre-paid parking for most Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra concerts at Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral - click here for more details.
What are your house rules?

We have standard house rules for all events at Liverpool Philharmonic venues. You can find a full list of house rules on our Plan your visit page.
How do I find out when tickets for an event go on sale?

If you want to be the first to hear about our new shows and never miss the artists you love, you can join our Priority Booking Scheme and get access to tickets before they go on general sale. For more information, see our Priority Booking Scheme page.
An event I’m interested in is not listed on your website – what should I do?

We try our best to add upcoming events to our website as soon as we can, however circumstances beyond our control can sometimes prevent this.

We suggest checking on our Just Announced page for all the latest announcements and on sales. Alternatively, you can contact customer services via our Contact Us page.
Why do tickets sell out so quickly?

Certain events can be very popular for a number of reasons and sometimes we’re not the only website selling tickets. For most events, we allocate a number of tickets to other ticketing agencies, such as Ticketmaster or See Tickets, for them to sell on their own websites.

Why are tickets for events available on Ticketmaster, See Tickets and other ticketing websites?

Liverpool Philharmonic work closely with external promoters and organisers for putting on events. For most events, promoters and organisers will ask us to allocate a portion of tickets to other ticketing agencies, such as Ticketmaster or See Tickets, for them to sell on their own websites.
Why are tickets for events available on Viagogo and other resale websites?

Viagogo and other resale websites are known as secondary ticketing websites. Secondary ticketing websites sell tickets that have been listed for resale by members of the public.

Due to high demand, tickets are often sold above face value, either by ticket touts or members of the public. Liverpool Philharmonic has no control over the practices of Viagogo or any other secondary ticketing websites, but we do not under any circumstances allocate tickets to resale websites.

Any tickets purchased from Liverpool Philharmonic and listed for above face value on a resale website is in breach of our terms and conditions.

Can I take a tour of Liverpool Philharmonic?

We appreciate that members of the public may wish to come visit our lovely Art Deco building to have a closer look. With over 450 events and rehearsals taking place every year, we have specially curated guided building tours so that you can visit the Hall and other backstage areas privately and make the most of your visit.
