Tim Bowness + Bruce Soord & Jon Sykes

A double-bill evening of music by Tim Bowness (no-man) and his band Butterfly Mind, and Bruce Soord & Jon Sykes (The Pineapple Thief).

Tim Bowness is one half of the band no-man, and has also worked with the likes of Richard Barbieri, Ian Anderson and Judy Dyble.

His recent solo releases have entered the official UK Top 5 Rock and Progressive charts, as well as the Top 25 official Scottish charts, and he’s also co-host of the podcast The Album Years with Steven Wilson.

Tim will be performing solo and no-man songs with his band Butterfly Mind, featuring Matt Stevens (Fierce & The Dead), John Jowitt (IQ), Andy Edwards (Robert Plant, IQ) and Rob Groucutt.

As The Pineapple Thief’s principal songwriter and producer, Bruce Soord has guided the band through a series of acclaimed albums, including 2024’s chart-topping It Leads to This.

Creating a distinctive fusion of progressive and alternative rock, beyond his solo albums and work with TPT, Soord has established himself as a sought-after producer and mix engineer, lending his expertise to releases by the likes of TesseracT, Opeth and Jethro Tull.
