Serenade for Valentine's Night

Armand Rabot (winner of the 2021 Junior Class Charles Wood Song Prize and a former Liverpool Philharmonic Youth Choir member) and Angelina Dorlin-Barlow (formerly of Liverpool Philharmonic Youth Orchestra and Choir and most recently the winner of the Norma Procter Song Prize at the 2020 Kathleen Ferrier Society Bursary Competition, as well as the 2018 vocal winner of RIBI National Young Musician competition) perform songs for Valentine’s Day, including including works by Donizetti, Brahms and Mendelssohn. 

They are joined by 2018 Leeds Lieder Young Artist, pianist Rachel Fright. Featuring on Radio 3, Rachel works for the RNCM School of Vocal Studies and Opera, Live Music Now and Yorkshire Young Musicians, and is accompanist to Sheffield Philharmonic Chorus and the Macclesfield Singers.
