The UK’s most renowned big band swings you back in time playing Glenn Miller’s own arrangements of favourite wartime chart toppers and hits from the forties directed by legendary band leader Ray McVay.

Featuring Moonlight Serenade, Dambusters March, As Time Goes By, Tail End Charlie, Rhapsody In Blue, A String Of Pearls, Tuxedo Junction, Little Brown Jug, Pennsylvania 6-5000, A Nightingale Sang In Berkley Square, You’ll Never Know, Chattanooga Choo Choo and In The Mood​.

With special guests The Swing Time Jivers dancing to Running Wild, Undecided and Opus One, and guest vocalists Mark Porter and Catherine Sykes.

The orchestra will perform the second half of the concert in the World War II uniforms of the US army Air Force.
