Friday 28 October 2022 8pm Music Room
Please note that this event has been rescheduled to Friday 28 October 2022. The event was due to take place on Tuesday 8 February 2022.
As a multi-instrumentalist and singer - Tim Edey has toured the world and recorded with most of the major names in Celtic and Contemporary roots music including The Chieftains and Christy Moore. Originally from Broadstairs in Kent and of Irish descent, Tim honed his style of playing guitar by listening to the likes of Django Reinhardt, Ed Boyd and Steve Cooney.
After 20 years as a performer and recording artist in his own right, and with multiple awards to his name, Tim is now rated by many to be one of the world's finest ever melodeon and guitar players in folk and contemporary acoustic music today.
His live performances showcase a stunning mix of world music-inspired instrumental virtuosity, with a strong Celtic theme. You’ll be blown away by his sheer musicality in a highly entertaining night of tuneful genius.
