Jeremy Sassoon

Jeremy is one of the UK’s most in-demand singer/pianists. Either solo, or accompanied by his band, he captivates audiences with his natural, soulful voice, his charismatic personality and his own arrangements of jazz, blues and soul classics. Tonight Jeremy brings his quartet to celebrate the release of his brand new album "Older & Wiser", featuring multi-instrumentalist Steve Parry.

Jeremy has headlined sell out shows at Ronnie Scotts, Pizza Express Soho, the 606 Club and the Jazz Café. He has performed at the North Sea Jazz Festival, and headlines annually at Berlin’s premier jazz club The “A Trane”.  In 2014, his version of the beautiful Marc Cohn song “The Things We’ve Handed Down” was featured on BBC Radio 4’s Desert Island Discs and then hit number 1 in the iTunes vocal download chart. This song has been re-recorded for the new album.

Jeremy is the UK’s foremost artist paying tribute to the music of Ray Charles with his big band “Ray Charles Project”. He played the Manchester, London, Wigan and Scarborough Jazz festivals and graced the main stage at the renowned Love Supreme Jazz Festival 2019.

He has just completed his third run at the Edinburgh Fringe this August with his hit show “MOJO”. He is touring South America with this show in March 2026
