Get ready for an animal adventure with the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra. Together, we’ll discover some of the animals of our wonderful world! We’ll dive into the deepest oceans, climb high into the rainforest canopy and meet some of the amazing creatures that call our beautiful planet home.

Family concerts are most suitable for children aged 4-10 years.

Tickets
Adult: £23, £16, £14
Child: £15, £13, £9

Tickets for children under 18 months are free, but must be booked in advance.


CALL FOR YOUNG ARTISTS – Your artwork could feature in our Amazing Animals around the World Family Concert

We’ve inviting you to create pictures inspired by Aquarium from Carnival of the Animals by Camille Saint-Saëns. Send them in to us and we’ll be showing a selection as a backdrop to the performance of this piece.

Listen to the music below and be inspired by the underwater wonders of Aquarium. Let your imagination swim freely!

The artwork should be landscape, but you can use any medium – drawings, paintings, collages – the ocean is your canvas. We can't wait to see the amazing masterpieces you create!

Submissions:

  • Adults, help your little artists snap a high-quality photo of their masterpiece.
  • Email the artwork to artwork@liverpoolphil.com before 5pm on Monday 26 February and include the child's name, age, and the title of their creation.
  • Selected artworks will feature in a special slideshow presentation during the concert.

9% administrative fee applies for online & telephone orders.
A £2.50 postage fee is applicable on all orders if opting for postal delivery.
