Within the Hall, all our spaces have seats for wheelchair users, those with limited mobility and other disabled people.
Spaces for wheelchairs with seats for companions are available in Boxes 7, 8, 15 and 16, Row A in the front of the Stalls and there are two wheelchair spaces in the Grand Circle. We recommend booking an aisle seat if you are bringing an assistance dog.
Please tell us your access requirements when you book, so we can recommend the most suitable seats for you. It is advisable to book your tickets in advance to ensure the seats you require are available.
In the Music Room, there are spaces for wheelchair users and companions available for all performances. Accessibility seats may be limited for standing performances. The performance’s event page will advise if a concert is standing.
If you require a wheelchair or accessible seat for any of our concerts and have not booked one, please contact our box office immediately on 0151 709 3789 as we have a limited number of these seats.
Accessibility seats are full price. Wheelchair users and other customers who require a companion or carer to assist them during their visit are entitled to a free ticket for the companion/carer.
To ensure accessibility seats are available to those who need them, you will need to have joined the Access Scheme and be logged into your account on our website before you can purchase accessibility seats online.
Accessibility seats can be booked online for events in the Main Hall and in St George's Hall.*
Once logged in, simply navigate to your desired performance and select the seats which suit your needs. Our wheelchair seats are identified with a wheelchair symbol on the seating plan.
If you require a companion ticket, and are a member of our Access Scheme, change one of the ticket types to 'Companion Seat' on the next page, and the cost of this ticket will be reduced to complimentary at the order confirmation screen.
Tickets can also be booked via our Box Office in person or over the phone.
If you have already booked for a concert and you require a wheelchair or accessible seat, but have not booked one, please contact our box office immediately on 0151 709 3789 as we have a limited number of these seats. You can find Box Office opening times here.
The Box Office has a low level counter to improve accessibility for wheelchair users.
Tickets can be booked by telephone via the Text Relay service (www.textrelay.org) during standard Box Office hours.
*To book for events in the Music Room, due to the flexible layout of seating in this venue, please call the box office to speak to a member of staff about your requirements.
Liverpool Philharmonic is unable to provide assistance. However, wheelchair users and other customers who require a companion or carer to assist them during their visit are entitled to a free ticket for the companion/carer.
In the Hall, we have two wheelchairs for customers’ use, subject to availability. Please see any member of Liverpool Philharmonic staff on arrival to request use of one. There will also be stewards in the entrance foyer who will be happy to assist you to your seat.
The Music Room has level access to the venue and throughout, with an automatic entry door.
Assistance Dogs are welcome throughout the building and water is available for them. Please advise the Box Office when purchasing your ticket if you are bringing an assistance dog.
For a concert in the Hall, we recommend booking an aisle seat if you are bringing an assistance dog.

BSL interpretation
If you require a BSL interpreter for any performance, requests must be made at least 6 weeks in advance. Please email access@liverpoolphil.com or call 0151 210 2895 with your request and we will endeavor to provide this service.

Blue Badge holders are able to reserve car park spaces (in Caledonia Street Car Park) for most Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra concerts by calling 0151 709 3789. All reservations must be made at least one week in advance of the concert and are subject to availability, as spaces are limited.
For other Hall concerts, Blue Badge holders can park on single or double yellow lines for up to three hours, except where there is a ban on loading or unloading. You can park in any on street pay and display bay and in most of the city's pay and display car parks free of charge, with no time limit.
Alternatively, those attending the concert can be dropped off at the front entrance. There will be stewards in the Hall entrance foyer who will be happy to assist you.

On the streets surrounding the Hall, there are pay and display bays and numerous public car parks. You can view a list of local car parks here.
There is a convenient setting down area directly in front of the main entrance on Hope Street. There will be stewards in the Hall entrance foyer who will be happy to assist you.

A Hearing Induction Loop system is available in Box Office and the Main Auditorium. The loop system in the Main Auditorium requires infrared equipment which can be requested from the kiosk upon arrival. You can choose between equipment which works with a hearing aid, or one which works independently.
