COFFEE CONCERT

Troika Klezmer Kabaret

Wallace Fields: MC, keyboards

Owen Bryce: trumpet, cornet

Paul Gregory: lead guitar, cossack lute

Matthew Heery: rhythm guitar, mandolin

Ed Harrison: double bass

Troika are famous for their virtuosic rip-roaring, helter-skelter dash from the dark dens of Yiddish Odessa in 1920's to the Sophisticated Cafe Society of Hot Club Paris of the 1930's, via the Wild Savage Steppes of Cossack Russia of the 1890's.

The band, led by witty ad-libbing band leader Wally Fields, have been honoured by bookings at the Le QuecumBar in London, the top venue in Europe for Hot Club Jazz.

They return to Liverpool, where the band originated, for their Liverpool Philharmonic Music Room debut to perform an exciting odyssey of music - a unique concert that's perfect for a Sunday afternoon!

Please note this concert will be theatre style seating.
