Courtney Pine CBE is a British born jazz giant. The Times says he is ‘in a class of his own’. He has won numerous BBC Jazz Awards, MOBOs, a Mercury Music Prize nomination and been at the forefront of UK jazz for over 25 years. His contemporary style integrates modern British sounds like drum n bass and UK deep rooted influences from across the Caribbean into his jazz.

‘Nothing short of breathtaking.’
The Telegraph

In this performance Pine returns to the tenor saxophone for the first time in a decade alongside the vocal talents of soul star Omar. Perhaps best known for the 90s hit single ‘There’s Nothing Like This’ Omar has collaborated with Stevie Wonder, Erykah Badu, Carleen Anderson, Angie Stone, and now Pine. This very special project sees these two acclaimed UK talents composing, recording and performing new original material together for the first time.
