As part of the National Plan for Music Education, the Government commissioned 123 Music Education Hubs across England to lead music education for children and young people working with schools.
We are delighted to be a strategic partner in Resonate, Liverpool’s Music Hub. Led by Notre Dame Catholic College on behalf of Liverpool’s family of schools and Liverpool City Council and funded by Arts Council England, Resonate works with 11,000 children and young people across Liverpool through inclusive instrumental, ensemble, vocal and curriculum music making, musical progression and supporting teaching and learning in schools through professional development for teachers.
We are also a strategic partner in SKY Music Hub, covering Sefton and Knowsley including Sefton Music Service and Knowsley Music and Performing Arts Service, ensuring young musicians early on in their training can access coaching from Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra musicians through activities such as Sefton Junior Philharmonic.
