Every year, we deliver the North West’s largest music careers event – right here at the Phil. 

Industry powerhouses and legends of the music business join us for a day packed with talks, hands-on workshops and fascinating demonstrations, all ready to share their experience and how they got to where they are.  

And the biggest names are guaranteed. In the past we’ve welcomed representatives from giant organisations including Spotify, Universal, UK Music, BBC and Adlib, plus inspiring and iconic keynote speakers.
