Finance Director

We are seeking a Finance Director who’ll play a pivotal role in Liverpool Philharmonic’s continued success, ensuring the organisation is resilient and well positioned to sustain and deliver its artistic and charitable ambitions. Working side-by-side with the Chief Executive, trustees and the wider Executive and Leadership Teams, the postholder will lead the development of the Phil’s financial strategy, providing oversight of all aspects of financial management and governance, and ensuring that relevant regulations are adhered to across the organisation.

Also responsible for overseeing IT, we’re looking for a versatile and experienced leader with a passion for applying best practices which strengthen organisational processes and outcomes.
