Flo Perlin

plus support from St. Catherine's Child

Flo Perlin is a contemporary singer-songwriter from London, UK with Iraqi and Belarusian heritage. She has been hailed as a ‘true storyteller’ by BBC Radio 6 Music, with a style that blends contemporary folk, jazz and soul. Her songs explore themes such as family history, human nature and being good to yourself, and her unique, emotive voice and lush instrumentation draw you deeper into her lyrics revealing more with every listen.

Flo released her first album Cocooned in 2017, her EP Stories in 2019, a single 'Life Lives Inside' in 2021 and her second album Characters in July 2021.

Having been awarded funding from PRS Women Make Music, Flo has recorded her third album, Clay. This album will be a milestone in her music career. Resonating with listeners of similarly complex heritages in the UK and internationally, in Flo's words:“ I want others to listen to my new album and find lightness in discomfort, to bring the listener into a private universe where they can be introspective together”.Reviewed by Americana UK as the ‘arrival of a major talent’, Flo Perlin is ready to deliver once again!
