Dedicate a Seat
Week in, week out, some of the greatest artists in the world take to the Phil’s stage – and our audiences leave with memories that last a lifetime. Every performance is more than just an event. It’s a bucket list experience, a first date, a big night out, or maybe our concerts have been a treasured part of your family’s life for decades.
Commemorate that special occasion, arrange a unique gift or remember a loved one by dedicating a seat in our auditorium. We’ll engrave a brass plaque with the name or message of your choice and attach it to the seat you select – so that special memory will always be alive in your favourite spot. And to say thank you for your support, you’ll have access to all sorts of exclusive perks throughout the year.
You can dedicate a seat for £400 per year or £33 per month (if paying by direct debit).

If you’re paying by direct debit, select your seat, set up your payment and then contact our team at fundraising@liverpoolphil.com or on 0151 210 2921 to let us know which seat you’d like.

Do the plaques have a character limit?
A message that’s around 20 characters looks great – but that’s just a rough guideline.
How long does it take to have my plaque attached to the seat?
Usually around two weeks – we can send you a photo once it’s in place, or you can arrange to come and see it in person.
Can I dedicate a box seat?
Absolutely, but box seats aren’t fixed in place and are often moved around. If you plan to come and see your seat at a specific concert, email fundraising@liverpoolphil.com and we’ll make sure it’s in the right place.
Will I need to renew my dedication?
Your plaque will be in place for at least a year, then we’ll get in touch about renewing your dedication. While you’re supporting the Phil, your plaque will remain on your chosen seat. Thank you again for your generosity.
