Now we don’t play favourites, but maybe you have your favourite players? Well, here’s the perfect chance to get to know them better.
Adopting a musician takes you behind the scenes at the Phil, giving you insight into the life of a musician and a real relationship with the Orchestra. You’ll come along to our annual Patrons’ Reception, where you’ll chat to your adopted player, asking them all those questions that pop into your head as you enjoy a concert – and building a real friendship too.

It's amazing that it's already ten years since we started sponsoring Tim. Not only has he been a brilliant member of the orchestra as a musician and composer, but he and his family have become close friends too.
