How does it work?
Priority and Priority Premium members receive email notification and priority booking for new events and concerts at Liverpool Philharmonic up to 48 hours before tickets to that event go on general sale.
Priority tickets can be booked online, in person or over the telephone.
I'm buying a priority membership online and I'm not sure what to do?
Please select the ‘pickup’ delivery option when buying online. A member of our team will be in touch to confirm your purchase.
If you sign up by direct debit, you will not be able to book online immediately. Please call Box Office on 0151 709 3789 quoting your reference number if you need to book tickets straight away.

I haven't received my priority email?
Please check your spam folder in the first instance but if you still haven't received your email, please contact Fundraising on 0151 210 2921 or email email@example.com.
Please note that BTinternet addresses often recognise our emails as spam. Look out for emails from us and mark us as a safe sender. To ensure an uninterrupted service we recommend providing an alternative address.
I want to book tickets during priority, but I'm not a priority member?
If you want to buy tickets during priority booking, but you are not currently a Priority or Priority Premium member, you can call our Box Office team and pay a one off payment along with your tickets.
Please note that you will need pay the minimum of £45 (this is the one-off payment cost of Priority) in order to book priority tickets. Your Priority membership will then last for one year from the date of purchase and cannot be cancelled before this time. There is no automatic renewal for one-off payments.
If you sign up by direct debit, you will not be able to book online immediately.
I want to buy priority membership as a gift
If you're buying Priority Booking as a gift, please ring Box Office on 0151 709 3789 and a member of our team will take the relevant details.
I want to buy priority membership to get tickets for employees
If you're considering buying Priority Booking in order to provide tickets as staff incentives, please note that Priority Booking is for personal use only.
