This evening on her 75th birthday and her very last engagement as Lord-Lieutenant, Dame Lorna EF Muirhead DCVO DBE will give you a fascinating insight of that journey of being a midwife to that of the personal representative of the Sovereign on Merseyside.
She encourages you to sit back for a little time and see life through rose coloured spectacles.
