  • Box Office Opening Hours (in person) at Liverpool Philharmonic Hall

    Please note that our Box Office will be closed for in-person bookings on Tuesday 9th and Wednesday 10th December 2025. It will reopen on Thursday 11th December at 12noon.

  • Booking Fees

    Online & Phone:
    10% administrative fee applies for online & telephone orders. A £2.50 postage fee is applicable on all orders if opting for postal delivery (UK only).

    Fees do not apply to Silver+ members for telephone or online bookings (Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra concerts only).

    Booking fees are not incurred when using credit to book tickets.

    Tickets for some events may include a venue restoration levy, included in the ticket price. This fee supports building investment at the Grade II-listed Liverpool Philharmonic Hall.

    In Person:
    No fees

    Group tickets (15+):
    50p per ticket – Group tickets (15-50 tickets per event)
    25p per ticket – Group tickets (51+ tickets)

    E-tickets
    Have your tickets quickly, conveniently and securely delivered by email. E-tickets are available for selected events and can be printed, or scanned on your mobile device. For more information on E-tickets, please contact our Box Office on 0151 709 3789.

  • Restoration Levy

    As part of our ongoing commitment to preserving and enhancing our Hall, a restoration levy is included in the ticket price for all non-Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra and Youth Company events in the Hall and Music Room. For events on sale after 25 May 2025 or scheduled to take place after 1 September 2025, this levy will be set at £2, while all other events will feature a levy of £1. Your contributions play a vital role in maintaining the Hall and supporting important projects, including our recent stage renovations.
