Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Society is a company registered in England. This Agreement is governed and construed in accordance with English law. You and Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Society each submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to disputes arising out of this Agreement.

All Information and will be kept as confidential and as secure as possible through the use of Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Society's secure server software. In the event that any term of this Agreement is held to be invalid, unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, that term shall be deemed severable and the remainder of this Agreement shall remain valid and enforceable.
