Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra Concerts
Ticket Exchange
Subscribers may exchange tickets to any RLPO event free of charge (differences in ticket prices may apply). Single ticket buyers may exchange tickets for a service charge of £2 per ticket (differences in ticket prices may apply). All exchanges must be done 24 hours in advance of the concert.
Concessions
Under 25s, Students & Claimants can purchase single tickets for just £5 on production of appropriate identification. Call (0151) 709 3789 for more information.
Standby Tickets
On the day of the concert, Senior Citizens may purchase half-priced tickets IN PERSON ONLY (no telephone orders) at the Philharmonic Hall Box Office. Standby tickets are limited to 2 per person. Please note that there are a limited number of seats available for each performance and standby tickets are not available for Lunchtime, Carol or Family Concerts.
Wheelchair Users
Wheelchair users are entitled to 50% off for themselves and their companion for Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra concerts on production of appropriate identification. Seats for wheelchair users are available in the stalls. Other disabled patrons (+1) may also be eligible for a discount if supported by appropriate ID. Group Discounts
Generous discounts are available, depending on the size of your group. For more details (and to book) contact our Group Sales Coordinator, Dawn Williams on 0151 210 2918 (Mon-Fri, 10am to 4pm).
Other Events
Tickets are non-refundable and we reserve the right to change programme/artists without notice.
In the case of a sold-out show we can endeavour to re-sell your tickets for you. Please contact the box office for more information.
Liverpool Philharmonic Hall & Events Limited issues tickets on its own behalf and also on behalf of promoters and organisers.
We occasionally limit the number of tickets that can be purchased by any individual .
Please take care of tickets as we may not be able to issue duplicates.
Please check your tickets carefully as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
Tickets purchased five days in advance of the event can be posted to you for a fee, otherwise tickets can be collected from the Philharmonic Hall Box Office on production of your debit/credit/charge card.
We reserve the right to refuse admission in all reasonable circumstances, including for example where we consider a ticket holder’s behaviour may affect other ticket holders’ enjoyment of the performance. We may on occasion conduct security searches to ensure the safety of visitors.
Every effort will be made to admit latecomers at a suitable break in the performance, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
It is a condition of sale that tickets shall not be resold for more than the original purchase cost. Any ticket that has been resold in such a manner shall become void and the ticket holder may be refused entry.
Every member of the audience must be in possession of a valid ticket. Defaced or altered tickets shall become void and the ticket holder may be refused entry.
Standing Policy
We appreciate that during some events, customers in the stalls may wish to stand or dance during the performances. Please consider this when booking your tickets for an event. The Duty Manager will make the final decision about whether this is appropriate depending on the type of event.
If you would prefer to be seated throughout, you are advised to book circle or box seats. Please note that for safety reasons aisles must be kept clear at all times and standing is not permitted at any time in circle seats.
