Liverpool Philharmonic, one of the UKs most forward-looking music organisations.

The Campaign for the
Royal Liverpool Philharmonic

In September 2013, Liverpool Philharmonic launched Love Music, a fundraising campaign to dramatically transform Liverpool Philharmonic Hall.

Thanks to the fantastic generosity of many individuals, we are now within reach of our fundraising target, and the refurbishment of the Hall is now underway.  It will ensure – through an approach that is based as much on respecting and reinstating the heritage of the hall as on innovative design – that the building remains a beautiful, relevant and well used part of the City's cultural and community life. It will be a huge step towards what we are trying to achieve for the City of Liverpool: a world class concert venue, an ensemble of musicians that are second to none, and an excellent learning and participation programme.

When finished, you will notice the difference from the moment you step inside the building. It will be completely renewed, much lighter and more inviting, and more festive: a return to the former glory of this wonderful venue. What's more, we're building a new intimate performance space where we will showcase the world's best new music and new artists.

If you have not yet donated, please consider pledging support for this exciting project. You can donate now online or by calling our development team on 0151 210 2921. Your help would mean far more than an investment in bricks and mortar; it would be an investment in the next generation of musicians and music lovers.

Liverpool Philharmonic Hall was built for people to enjoy. We want to make sure it continues to do so for generations to come. Please watch the video on the right of the page to see just what a special place it is.

We would be hugely grateful if you would consider pledging support for this project: an investment not in bricks and mortar, but rather in the next generation of musicians and music lovers.

So far we have raised 90%
