Mohamed Mounir is an iconic Egyptian singer and film star. His pop-oriented music has its roots in traditional Nubian music, from south Egypt and Sudan, and African reggae.
In this video Mounir, used to performing to crowds of tens of thousands in Cairo, rounds up his recent concert at Liverpool Philharmonic Hall. Watch out for the rose!
