Liverpool Philharmonic Hall & Events Limited, Registered in England (No. 3110903) is a subsidiary company of the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Society, Registered Charity No. 230538 Registered in England (No. 88235). Registered Office: Philharmonic Hall, Hope Street, L1 9BP.
The Priority Booking Scheme is administered by the Development department, and income from the scheme contributes towards the Liverpool Philharmonic’s charitable work.
In these terms and conditions “PBS” means Priority Booking Scheme.
Membership & Tickets
How it works: Members of the PBS receive email notification and priority booking for new events and concerts at Liverpool Philharmonic up to 48 hours before tickets to that event goes on general sale.
Priority Tickets must be booked in person or over the telephone; these tickets are not available online.

Terms & Conditions
- Priority Tickets are for the use of PBS Members only. Priority Booking Scheme membership is valid for a year from joining and only one PBS Membership is permitted per person.
- Priority Booking Scheme members will be given advanced notification and priority booking for every concert at Liverpool Philharmonic Hall (excluding concerts in the Rodewald Suite and performances by the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra, Ensemble 10/10 and Rodewald Concert Society.)
- One membership permits a maximum of 2 tickets to be purchased through the scheme for any single concert. Tickets may be purchased via telephone booking or in person at the Box Office in Philharmonic Hall.
- Nothing in these terms and conditions constitutes or implies any guarantee of entitlement to a ticket or seat at any given concert.
- All standard ticket terms and conditions apply, including and not limited to: No guarantees can be given by Liverpool Philharmonic that a concert will take place at a particular time or on a particular date. Liverpool Philharmonic reserves the right to reschedule any concert without notice and without any liability whatsoever. Liverpool Philharmonic will have no further liability whatsoever, including (but not limited to) any direct or consequential loss or damage, loss of enjoyment or travel costs.
