Rubato - Liverpool Philharmonic's Café Bar
Rubato features fabulous handmade sandwiches, salads with locally-sourced organic produce, toasted paninis, homemade soups, daily specials, homemade cakes and pastries - all made with relentless dedication to quality and freshness.
Patrons can also enjoy a superb choice of Illy™ coffee, teas, soft drinks and selected wines and beers, in a casual yet sophisticated setting. There's free WiFi, great music (of course!) and newspapers. Why not give it a try for lunch (takeaway available), coffee and cake or a quick pre-concert supper?
We are located downstairs at Liverpool Philharmonic Hall (entrance on Caledonia Street, just off Hope Street).
Opening Hours
Monday - Friday
11am to the end of the interval on all concert nights (until 4pm on non-concert nights).
Saturdays and Sundays
5pm to end of the interval on all concert nights and from noon for Sunday afternoon concerts (closed on non-concert nights).
Pre-Concert and Interval Drinks
We serve drinks in our wonderful Art Deco Grand Foyer Bar from 5pm on concert nights. The bar is also open 30 minutes after each Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra concert.
Avoid queueing at the bar by pre-ordering your interval drinks in Rubato.
