Liverpool Philharmonic, one of the UK’s most forward-looking music organisations.

Family Concerts

Liverpool Philharmonic Family Concerts bring children and adults together to experience the thrill of a live orchestra. As well as the festive Rudolph on Hope Street concerts at Christmas there is a whole range of special families concerts featuring the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra throughout the year.

These one-hour concerts are a great introduction to classical music for children aged 4-10 and their families. Each concert has a theme and you’re invited to join in by wearing fancy dress. Fidgeting is allowed so come along and give it a try!

Children are invited to have a go on a variety of instruments from 2pm prior to each concert at our Instrument Petting Zoo! (Please note there will be no Instrument Petting Zoo prior to the Pirates of the Caribbean concerts on 3 and 4 January 2014.)
