Highlights include:

Nick Davies conducting a celebration of Disney's much-loved family films with songs from classics like Mary Poppins and Beauty and the Beast as well as the recent smash-hit Frozen.

Principal Conductor Vasily Petrenko and violinist Alexandru Tomescu perform an evening of Russian classics, including Tchaikovsky's Excerpts from Swan Lake and Rachmaninov's Symphony No.1 in this year's stirring White Nights concert.

As part of our 175th Anniversary celebrations, our new partnership with Opera North sees conductor Richard Farnes bringing Peter Mumford's concert staging of Opera North's The Flying Dutchman to Liverpool Philharmonic Hall.

Following the sell-out success in 2008 and 2010, Liverpool Philharmonic presents an updated hit parade of classics in The John Lennon Song Book with singers Mark McGann and Polly Gibbons with conductor Clark Rundell.

David Charles Abell features in two concerts as he conducts and presents a a night of great American sound in Stars and Stripes, before bringing Summer Pops to a close alongside violinist Jennifer Pike and the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Choir in Last Night of the Summer Pops.
